Whole new layout

Time for a new look to the site. The original content will still be there but I will invariably have to drop certain 'crappier' aspects of the site. I finally decided that frames is the way to go and so the site should now be more easily navigable and hopefully a little faster. This update may not get to you guys for a while but I'm writing here any way.
<In future P9 and -d4n- will add to the main page more often so to avoid confusion we will use the above update convention... this message will self destruct in 10 seconds..... 9..... 8 ..... okay, that was too cheesy...>
